Today my Nest Hub had a black screen. Attempted a reset and a grey screen with a G appeared consistently. Googled support then attempted a factory reset and it now displays a white screen. I've tried for a call back in the "support" section but it says I can't because I am outside of their hours (which I'm not). Any help would be great thank you.
