Thanks for visiting the Community.
I know how important it is for you to be able to set up the sleep sensing feature on your Google Nest Hub (2nd gen). A few questions: what country are you located in? What type of account are you using (Personal or Business Account)? How many Nest Hub (2nd gen) do you have?
Please note that the sleep sensing on the Nest Hub (2nd gen) doesn't work with Google Workspace (G Suite) accounts.
