Two Nest HUB with different time, on same home ,how to fix it ?

I have two google nest hub (one on each room) ,  on Mexico the time zone change was canceled forever this year, but since last week, one of my Nest hub has one  hour ahead, and cannot fix it, this is affecting the alarms,  does any one has an idea how to fix it ?

btw one is first gen ( with correct time) , the other is 2nd Gen (with one hr. ahead)

On other threads, Google Nest claims they have fixed the Mexico time zone problem.
