Nest mini and Citation 1

Hi , I have a nest mini and 3 x HK Citation 1 speakers.  On the home App, I've had all 3 display to set up a home group, then,  ac few hours later only 1 of them will show,  the following day,  maybe 3. The group set up is still there but the speakers come and go.  I've reset all speakers,  reset my router but nothing seems to work.  Running on Android 11 via Samsung Galaxy s20.  Many thanks.

Thanks for reaching out — let's see what's going on with your Nest Mini. 
 

A few questions: are you using a public or private network? If public, do you have a dual-band router? Make sure your devices are within 15-20 feet of your router and connected to the same network.

Give these steps a try: 

• Make sure your Google Home app is updated. 
• Check router settings. (AP isolation must be disabled and UPnP must be enabled).
• Use a mobile hotspot to set up your devices (To isolate the issue).
