Nest mini with Roku TV always offline

I have two Roku devices connected to the mini. One is a streaming media player which works fine, the other is a Roku TV. The TV is always offline. I have restarted the router many times and used the Works with Google function also many times, still always offline. Thanks

Hi DJ16,

Thanks for visiting the Community.

If it is isolated on one of your Roku device, have you tried unlinking it from the Home app and tried linking it back? Let's try these steps first:

To use the Roku Action on Google, you need to link your Roku account to your Google account using the Google Home mobile app on your iOS or Android device.

  1. Launch the Google Home mobile app on your smartphone
  2. Tap the Plus icon Add or plus icon from google home app in the top corner
  3. Tap Set up device from the list
  4. Select Works with Google
  5. Tap the Magnifying glass icon search or magnifying icon on Roku Home app and search for Roku
  6. Select Roku from the list
  7. When prompted, sign in to your Roku account. Learn what to do if you forgot your email address or password.
  8. Select Continue and follow the prompts to return to the Google Home app

Let me know if these steps work.

Best,

Princess

Hey Princesss, I did reply to you saying I had figured it out a few days ago. All is well. I wanted to thank you for your reply anyway. Don’t know why you did not get my message.
