Do you have a Nest Cam linked to your Nest Hub Max? What troubleshooting steps have you done so far? It would help a lot if you could do a sequential reboot to refresh all your devices connection. Unplug the power cord of your router followed by your Nest Hub Max and your other Nest devices. Restarting your phone might also help.
