Nest speaker still visible on company network chrome browsers

Hello,

I have a google mini speaker attached to the company network, I have assigned it to my personal account, the account IS NOT signed in anywhere else on any other PC or device other than my phone.
When I cast my local radio station to my speaker from my phone, it shows up in the chrome browser on my windows PC and other chrome browsers in the office. HOW is this possible?
I have turned off ALL sharing options on the device itself within the home app on my phone. I have even opened incognito on the chrome browser on my pc and it shows NO account signed in but yet it is still visible to control the device!?!. Is this a sharing violation? Where's my privacy for my device?
I have jokers at work that like to change the cast and stop the cast and I now have NO control to just listen to my personal choice radio at work, do i seriously have to get rid of the speaker and go old school?

As a device designed for use in the home, any device connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the speaker can cast to it and control the media that is being played. That is why other devices connected to the company network are able to see the speaker, it has nothing to do with the account that set it up.

That's incorrect, they advertised this for use home or office, in fact they promote it to be used anywhere. Problem is, even if it's at home this still is causing the same problem I can mess with someone else's room speaker via the browser, EVEN if the speaker is set to have all share settings off. So this is a flawed answer and flawed system
