I have a new Netgear Nighthawk router. Google Home, installed on my Google Pixel phone, will not connect the Nest to the router. I deleted the original Nest from the app and am now I'm using the Set Up process. Home recognizes the Nest, then advances through the setup. I choose the new network and the screen says my phone can recognize the new password but it won't connect. I've entered the password manually and it still won't connect. I've even deleted the Home app and reinstalled. Nothing. Google Help said I could use either the Home or the Nest app. I installed the Nest app and after several steps, it redirected me to the Home app. Totally frustrated. Any ideas?

Factory reset : switch the microphone button OFF and keep your finger on top of the nest for 20sec until it says "reset". Then you should be able to connect it to the new network
