Lorex wired camera not appearing in google home app

Hi, I have a Lorex N910 NVR with E871ab wired cameras. Linking that to google home app in iOS via Lorex app was successful. However when I click the camera icon on Home app it’s a black screen. Can someone guide me? Thanks
