Nothing working correctly (Photos and broadcast)

Over the last few days, none of our Hubs are showing Photo frames at all (just sticking on the main selection screen).

 

When a few of my automations broadcast as well - this just stays on the screen until cleared. Previously it popped up and then disappeared. The above two problems are occuring on all of my displays (4 of them).

Thanks for reaching out. Sorry to hear that you're having issues with your Google Nest Hub. Let's try to get to the bottom of this. A few questions: when did the issue start? Which specific Nest Hub do you have (1st, 2nd Gen, Hub Max)? What is the current firmware version? Also, please clarify the issue of broadcasting. Are you trying to broadcast a command to control your smart devices?

 

You can adjust Photo frame settings with the Google Home app or your Nest display.

 

Google Home app:

 

  1. Open the Google Home app.
  2. Touch and hold your device's tile.
  3. At the top right, tap Settings > Photo Frame > adjust the settings you want.

 

Nest display:

 

  1. From the bottom of your Nest display screen, swipe up.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap Photo Frame > adjust the settings you want.
