For some reason, Arizona Public radio will not play anymore on our device. When we ask google to play that station, it briefly flickers up and says ready to cast and then it says unable to play the station try again later. The station plays fine on our phones and over the air of course so I know the station is on and working. Any ideas? By the way I can ask for other public radio stations to play on this device and it works just fine. It always has played the station and it was working until about a week ago and then nothing but like I said that station will play just fine on our phones over the Internet, etc..

Hey folks,
We're glad to know that One NPR station is now working. Looks like the station had an outage recently but should now be resolved. I appreciate all the users who keeps on updating the thread and give efforts in reporting this to the station itself.
If in case you still have the same issue, please try rebooting your device by disconnecting it from the power source and leave it unplugged for 1 minute. This refreshes your device.
Cheers,
Muddi

I bet all the comments to the kuaz engineer supported the fix. Glad you're back - we need each other!

Joining the chat. Nope. Still doesn’t stream. Glad to know I’m not the only Tucsonan mystified by this problem. I’ll call and email KUAZ.

That's funny kind of. Ours worked fine finally yesterday. Gone today (tried after reading your note) . Must be more KUAZ tech issues.

And ours is back. Tried it again?

Hello everyone,
We were happy that KUAZ had finally acknowledged all our concerns and told us about an outage however,it would seem like they're still doing some updates. Has anyone had the chance to gain information from them directly about this? It would help us a lot.
Kind regards,
Dan

Hi folks,
@Zari5499, that's music to our ears and thanks for sharing it in the Community.
@Dougb2, @Mrschris10, @Tucson_John, @burkhop, how are we doing? Does anyone have any news from KUAZ? It would seem like this was a KUAZ concern since it's not only happening with Google devices but also to others.
Thanks,
Dan

All set thanks to a tech update from kuaz. Thanks for following up.

Hi Mrschris10,
It would seem like all the players have already confirmed the fix. A fix by KUAZ themselves. This Community thread has been very helpful and thank you to all of you joining in. Hats off to all you guys. As we got our resolution here, I'm going to mark this thread as resolved. I'll be locking this thread if we won't hear back from you in 24 hrs. Should that happen, feel free to create a new one if you have more questions or have other concerns in the future.
Best regards,
Dan

Yeahhh!!! Now why didn't the person we talked to at the station at least pass our message along instead of acting like there was no problem? At least we now know the answer!

My vm called was returned. It had to do with recertification.
