Photo information (location) not displayed on photo frame

Hi!

I have a Google Hub (1st gen) with photo frame enabled.

Photo folder is selected from Google Photos and personal data setting is set to On.

The problem is that only folder name is displayed on the Hub even though all photos have Exif data (location...).

I read similar posts about this problem but no solution found...

Can someone help?

I am sorry that the article was not of any help. Do you mind me asking if you have the information switched off in your settings? There should be an option for you to either hide or show your photo information. Please let me know if you have any trouble seeing that, as I want to ensure you are good to go.

I double checked the settings just to make sure and it is turned on.

Only settings that are turned off are Air quality and Weather frog.
