Photos added by certain members in shared album are not showing on Google display

i’ve set up a shared album with my family. The photos added by me(ios) and my mum (andriod) are showing. But all photos added by my cousin (ios) are never showing.

Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:

• Remove Google Photos albums:
  • Open the Home app.
  • Tap Favorites or Devices.
  • Tap and hold your device's tile.
  • Tap Settings, then Photo Frame, and then Google Photos.
  • Select albums to add and deselect albums to remove
• Remove the Google account you’re attempting to use for this feature from the Account Manager, then re-add it. 
  • Open the device's Settings app.
  • Tap Passwords & Accounts.
  • Tap the account you want to remove, and then select Remove Account.
  • Tap Remove Account to confirm.
  • Add the account again.

If the above steps don't resolve the issue, consider performing a factory reset on your Google Nest Display.

She is not in the Google family. I only shared the album to her so she could add it using her google photos app. I wonder if this would be the reason for the failure?

Thank you so much for your response. I appreciate you letting me know that you only shared the album. I am happy to assist you.

If you already shared the album with your cousin, it’s no problem. In that case, please remove the album by following these steps:

• Open the Home app.
• Tap Favorites or Devices.
• Tap and hold your device's tile.
• Tap Settings, then Photo Frame, and then Google Photos.
• Select albums to add and deselect albums to remove.

Please be sure your cousin has access to the Nest Display on the Google Home app.

Once the album is removed, please try sharing it again with all family members who have access to the Google Nest Display:

• Open the Google Photos app on your mobile device.
• Sign in to your Google account.
• Tap Photos at the bottom.
• Select photos or videos for the album.
• Tap Add at the top.
• Tap Shared Album.
• Enter an album title.
• When the album is complete, tap Share.
• Select who to share your album with.
