NOT fixed.  Still an issue.  Multiple people have the problem.  Still having regardless of the audio source.  This is insane.  Spent a lot of money on this device and the sound is trash.  Thousands spent on Google and Android devices and tens of thousands spent on the platform. Time to junk the entire infrastructure?

For almost 2 years I have been trying to get thee okay one song and stop on all of the non main channels of Sirius XM fixed and it still is not, then last week several of my google speakers have started with this annoying popping noise. It never ends.

We are getting nowhere fast with this issue.  I am very displeased.  Did not have this issue with my previous model, the Lenovo smart speaker.  I let a great opportunity pass to get a big discount on the Pixel tab, which could have replaced this trash Hub Max.  My concern is that the tablet will have the same static/popping issues.

As usual, support wants to find anything possible where the blame can be cast away from the actual poor device quality and point it elsewhere.

Hi folks,

Caoimhin, thanks for reaching out once more. Upon checking your previous thread, it appears that our support team attempted to reach you via email at that time, but they did not receive any reply. Please fill out this Contact Us form once more with all the needed information, then let me know once done.

WaltD, thanks for posting and letting us know about your concerns. What Google Nest speakers and display are we working with? Is the popping noise happening on all of them? What steps have you taken so far?

I look forward to your responses.

Thanks,

Juni

Three weeks, no response.  As expected.  What a spectacular waste of money on a terrible sounding piece of junk with non-existent support.

What response are you waiting for???

I know Google doesn't give a rat's ass about us once our money is spent, but is it necessary to keep running me around in circles over a defective product with an issue reported by numerous users???

Getting tired of repeating myself and never having anyone actually research the problem on the device.
