Hello NaomiPrinsloo,

Thanks for reaching out! Oh no! I am sorry to hear that your Google Nest Hub power cable is not working.

Unfortunately, we do not sell replacement cables for the Google Nest/Home devices.

Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns. Thank you!

I have the same problem. Looking online for a replacement and there are just too many to choose from. Will any power cable with a USB-C connection work, or do we need to get the exact 5v / 3a cable?

Hi JPAC and NaomiPrinsloo,

I have some quick questions for the both of you.

  • Is your power cable no longer working? Could you please provide me some details of what is happening?
  • Is your device under warranty? When did you purchase your device?

Thank you for your patience, I look forward to your response.

Hi there,

It's been a few days since we have heard from you. Just checking to see if you were able to see my response above. I look forward to your reply back, we're here to help!

Hi. It wasn't a fault on the cable, just my dog chewed through it and so I wanted to purchase a replacement one from Google but I couldn't find an original online. I have now bought a non-Google brand cable which seems to be working fine.

Hi JPAC,

Thanks for your reply back! I am glad to hear that you were able to find a replacement cable.

Unfortunately, we do not sell replacement cables. For future reference, the Google Nest Hub uses a 15 Watt adapter that supports 100- 240 Volts (AC) input.

As the issue is now resolved, I will go ahead and lock this thread. As always, if you have any new questions or concerns, please feel free to make a new thread again. Have a great day.
