Problemas en Nest Mini

Hola a todos, estoy teniendo problemas con mi Nest Mini 2da gen, desde hace unos días cada vez que le hablo queda procesando y después de unos 15 segundos responde “Ha habido un error, si no se soluciona luego de unos minutos puedes probar intentar solucionarlo en la App de Google Home, o también puedes probar desenchufando y enchufando este dispositivo”

 

Lo he reiniciado de fábrica 2 veces, lo he puesto al lado del router, y sigue con el mismo problema, hay algo que se pueda hacer?

También tengo otro problema similar, pero con un Home Mini, ese dice que el dispositivo no se ha configurado y siempre ha estado configurado, desde hace días también viene pasando ese problema

 

Ambos están en la última versión de software que se muestra acá

Hi folks,

 

Thanks for posting in the community! Sorry to hear that your Nest Mini's Gen 2 aren't working as they used to do. I completely understand all these devices are really important to y'all. No worries, help is here! Let's try some troubleshooter steps:

 

  1. On the side of the device, unplug the power cord >  wait 10 seconds > plug the power cord back in > wait until the 4 LEDs light up.
  2. Repeat the first step, 8 more times.
  3. On the side of the device, switch the mic off. The LED lights turn orange.
  4. Press and hold the top of the device (where the LED lights are).
  5. After 5 seconds, the device begins the reset process.
  6. Continue to hold the top of the device for 10 seconds more or until the Google assistant confirms that the FDR has started.
  7. Wait until the device announces “Welcome to Google Home" >  use the Google Home app to set up the device.
  8. After the setup is complete, advise the customer to test the device with any voice command.

This has been done by many of us and it does not make any difference. The problem remains.

I did all the steps and it still doesn't work, it says the same error 😕
