Radio app suddenly stopped working

Once again the Google Nest Hub Max has stopped playing Melbourne radio 3AW on radio app. On multiple devises. Still working in the nest mini's. Only happens each time on the Nest Home Max. Previously happened world wide so not just me.

Today my nest mini failed to play an FM radio station in NYC. It's set to play as part of a "good morning" automation that usually works fine, but today I got a random playlist instead. I tried unplugging the device and plugging it back in, then I asked the speaker to play the specific radio station on Audacy, and again it failed. This is not the first time this has happened to me. I suspect the problem is either with Google or Audacy or both. Last time, it eventually started working properly--hoping that happens this time!

Yes, I have the same problem - Radio App ‘loads’ but fails to play on my Google Nest, still working ok on my Google Minis 

Same thing happened a while ago - can’t remember exactly how it was fixed but believe it was a software issue with Radio App

Same with mine. Have rebooted and done full reset of the Hub. Reinstalled radio app on my phone. Pixel 6pro. Still no joy. Works on Nest speaker but not the hub.

Yep, as of the last few days my Hub fails to play 6PR Perth via Radioapp (same thing, apps loads and looks like it's playing but nothing heard). Of the stations we normally play this is the only one have encountered a problem with so far. Works fine on Lenovo Smart Clock and Minis.

If I try to play 6PR Perth on Tunein I get "Sorry I looked for that but it either isn't available or can't be played right now"

Have had to resort to casting from radio.net app from my phone (this one doesn't force you to create an account like Radioapp)

Also using Home Assistant to cast http://playerservices.streamtheworld.com/api/livestream-redirect/6PR.mp3 to it for the morning alarm, though this does cause it to play with a black screen. (and often injects a 30 second ad before playing)

Same here. 3 weeks ago my 6PR radio app didn't work. On the 16th Nov it just suddenly started working again. I was over the moon with joy. Ahhh but today 18 Nov back to not working again. It is seriously frustrating thet this google nest keeps failing or are the powers to be teasing us with periods of it working. PLEASE fix this issue so we can use our google nests.

I’m having the same issue here in Brisbane (since last week) trying to play 4BC. I’ve tried to cast from the radio app on my phone to the nest but it still won’t work. Last time this was a major issue it was fixed by Google…eventually! Hopefully this is resolved soon!

From today the Nest Mini's have stopped playing also. Thanks a lot Google.

Mine had been playing 6PR this morning since 5:30AM (via automation) and auto stops at 10AM.

Just tried to start it again, and sure enough nothing but a Radioapp logo.

Yes, can confirm this now impacts my Nest Mini as well. Seems to affect all Nine Network stations

Also had trouble this morning casting to the Nest with the above 6PR stream, and even trying to play directly from the 6PR website on my phone. Was hit an miss. Sometimes it would play, sometimes it wouldn't.

Still not playing via Radioapp on Nest or Mini here either, makes me wonder if the underlying issue is something at the source with Nine Network.
