Radio apps not playing on nest home

Radio stopped functioning on nest hub this morning.  Reboot, software upgrade etc haven’t worked on both my hubs.  Ask for a radio station, the nest says ”playing ….from radio app”; radio app opens, but then freezes.  Same thing for iHeart radio request.  When you look at the help from Google I says go to services and check radio EXCEPT there is no radio in the list of services given.

this appears to be a problem that occurs with regularity over the world.  What is the fix in simple terms Google?
