Replace Google hub

It is stuck on the G icon. I already tried all trouble shooting options. Need a replacement.

Mine was also same issue after the update...If u got any solution pls reply to this.. using nest hub 2nd gen

Hi folks,

 

Sorry to hear about this. Let's try first these steps:

 

  1. Make sure to use the original power cable of the Google Nest Hub
  2. Try to plug it directly on a power source.
  3. If these steps won't work, try the recovery mode:
  • Unplug the power cord.
  • Hold down the volume buttons and plug in the power cord at the same time.
  • Wait for the device to turn on.
  • Release the volume buttons.

Let me know if these steps work.
