Shopping list location

Can anyone remind me where the shopping lists are now stored? Please?

 

 Previously my wife and I always had access to the same shopping list, but recently she seems to now have her own list….(which we now can’t find)

how do we stop this and use a shared list again?

Hi Loony,

 

Thanks for posting! I'm happy to help you to find your list. Your Shopping List and Assistant Notes and Lists are now saved in Google Keep, here is some more information about Shopping Lists & Notes are moving to Google Keep.  Please check what accounts are linked to your Nest Hub to see if you have two accounts and it's creating two separate lists. Here are the steps to check it:

 

  1. Make sure the mobile device is connected to the same Wi-Fi or linked to the same account as the Google Nest or Home device.
  2. Open the Google Home app Google Home app.
  3. Tap the account (the icon with the customer’s initial or profile picture).
  4. Verify that the Google Account shown is the one linked to the Google Home or Google Nest device. To switch accounts, tap the drop arrow icon > choose another account or Add another account.
  5. Tap Favorites  or Devices.
  6. Tap and hold your device's tile > tap Settings or More > tap Settings >Device information.

We’re both linked to the same account, and accounts are correct… No other accounts show other than mine and my wife’s….

Device information looks correct for this device..

Thanks for replying! In that case, let's try to perform a Factory Reset and set it up again. That might help to fix the issue.
