Sir, the device is getting automatically turned off, and automatically turn on, and it's stop and automatically restart any time plzzz solve these problem

Thank you for reaching out. I am sorry to hear that your Google Nest Mini device is automatically turning off and restarting on it's own. That is very frustrating and I understand your concern. I would be more than happy to help find a solution.
  • Is this a new issue? Was your device working normally before?
  • What happens when this issue occurs? Is it randomly or when you are doing something on the device?
  • Is your device powering on, responding to commands, and working besides this issue?
  • Does your device still show up as connected in the Google Home App?
  • Do you see any error messages when the issue occurs?
  • Have you tried to do a Factory Data Reset on the device? Does the issue still occur?
    • A factory reset will reset your Google Nest or Home speaker or display to its default factory settings.
      Note: This action will clear your data from the device and can't be undone.

Hi google nest mini switches off automatically. Have tried factory reset bit it does solve the issue. Can u please help. This is more like a hardware issue

Hi Srini, 

 

Thanks for posting — let's sort this out.

 

Quick question; have you tried to plug the Nest Mini on a different wall outlet? When did the issue start? Also, make sure that the device is far from other electronics and not plugged on a power strip.
