Hi, need help please.

I have the exact same issue happening from the last couple of days as well.
I have 4 Google speakers and a Philips Soundbar with google assistant, all worked fine previously in a group but now the Philips refuses to play. It shows connected on google home and I can change the volume on it but no sound comes out of it.
it is so frustrating, we need more such feedback for our voice to be heard by google.
I posted in detail at another thread about Speaker groups not working.

I have the exact same problem. All nest speakers are playing sound but not any of my Harman Kardon speakers, although it looks like they are playing.

Months passed but no update still from HK team.
I have sent another email to them and they send me the below link https://www.googlenestcommunity.com/t5/Blog/Upcoming-Speaker-Group-changes/ba-p/77811
I just realised Google did mention the cast FW has to be 1.52.272222 or later for the speaker to functined properly.
My HK citation Cast FW is 1.44.219548. Maybe that is why mine is not working in speaker group.
Anyone mind to share their Cast FW version?

Hey folks,
Thanks for visiting the Community.
Speaker groups should still work once all devices in the group have been updated to the latest software. If you have a speaker group containing non-Google brands of speakers, they need to be on 1.52.272222 or higher Cast firmware version. Those speakers may be unable to be used in a speaker group without the latest firmware version and should be removed from existing speaker groups.
Best,
Alex
