Strange Workspace permissions on Google Nest Hub

Google Nest Hub behaves very strange when it comes to accessing Google Workspace data.

For instance, I already have a Google Keep list called "Shopping".

If I ask the Hub "Hey Google, what's on my shopping list", it responds that I should ask my Google Workspace administrator for permission.

However... if I say "Hey Google, create a shopping list", it responds "it appears you already have one." and then I can see it, add items to it, ask which items are on it etc.

Until it's closed and then I cannot open it again... unless I first ask to create it.

This is strange behavior, no? What's wrong?

I don't have a solution, but can confirm I’m seeing similar behaviour except I can add items to my shopping list as usual, but can’t ask to see it.

In August Google enabled Keep as a list option in Assistant for Workspace users. This definitely worked properly (as did the now discontinued lists and notes predecessor) until a month or so ago when it started asking for permission. So whilst this might be related to the move to Keep, it’s probably not the case that some setting needs adjusting (and I have double checked the documentation) as it did work before.

Edit: As of 11/01 this is now working properly.
