Streaming security cameras to Google nest hub

I’m trying to stream my Eufy security cameras to my Google nest hub - the cameras and eufy home base are set up in google home app- I cannot get them to stream

Sounds as though other users have fixed this by rebooting their home base and nest hub?

Google Nest Hub won’t display eufy cameras (Cam2 Pro) : EufyCam

I have tried rebooting the Home Base and the Nest Hub but still no streaming.

The Nest hub seems to look like its going to start the vision. And then doesn't progress it then says  "Camera Feed Not Available" Any Ideas what else I could try?

Thanks for the additional information. I'd appreciate it if you could also answer the following: were the cameras working before? If yes, when did this issue start? What other steps have you taken? What's the model of your cameras?

Please rename your Eufy cameras in the Google Home app. Here are the steps: open app > Tap the camera icon > Choose Settings > Select Name to edit > Save. Once done, ask your Google Nest Hub, "Hey Google, sync my lights."

 No the cameras haven’t worked at all on the google home app or the google nest hub. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling everything from scratch several times. 
What do you suggest naming the cameras to see if I can sync them?

Hello Perthboy1000, 

You can try using the room name or an on-word name. Please send me the exact camera model so I can take a closer look at this. Take a photo of the Google Nest Hub while you are trying to stream Eufy and share it with us.

The camera model is S330 eufycam 3

Please factory reset your Google Nest Hub and set it up again like a new device. Let me know if that resolves your issue or not.

To confirm, have you tried resetting the camera? Also, do you have other cameras that are working on the Nest Hub?

yes reset the cameras from scratch a number of times 

no other cameras prior to these

Hello everyone, 

I appreciate you lending a hand here, @David_K.

@Perthboy1000, I want to check if you are still having concerns streaming your Eufy camera. Please try unlinking and relinking your Eufy account from the Google Home app. Here's the guide: open the app > Tap on Settings > Works with Google > Look for Eufy and tap on it to either unlink or link > Follow the on-screen prompts.

how do you turn on live video 

streaming in the google home app 

Hi I’ve tried all steps disconnecting everything deleted apps and reinstalling- 

in the Google home app when I tap on a camera it says “Connecting” it then thinks and then goes to “Camera unavailable” and Live Video Unavailable” any ideas? Please

Please let me know if you're unable to stream the Eufy cameras on both your Google Home app and Google Nest Hub. Make sure that your app is up-to-date. Let me know what the Cast firmware version of your display is so we can look into this further.

the firmware version on the app is 1.56.324896

I can stream in the Eufy app but I can’t stream to the google home App or to the google nest hub

I also read one user left their Nest Hub turned off for 5 minutes. Not sure if you tried that?

Otherwise, did you also contact Eufy support?
