We don't use the timer feature, but here's what Google Nest says about how it is supposed to work:

Yes, I'm familiar with how it is supposed to work. It's not, however, working that way.

Curious. I just tried setting a 2-minute timer on one of our Nest Hubs, and was able to stop the ringing timer by saying just "Stop".

yes. we were too for over a year and it suddenly stopped working that way. Now, we have to say, "hey google. stop." that is what i'm trying to resolve.
