Transfer streaming music to Google Mini

If i am streaming music, Sirius XM for example, outside on my Android mobile phone.  If I come into my house where I have a Google Mini, is it possible to give the phone a command to transfer the music stream to the Mini?  Not casting the audio, but a complete transfer of what the phone was doing to the Mini.  Or do I need to stop the stream on the mobile phone and ask the mini to start playing the channel i was listening to?

There isn't a way to do that as far as I know. You can't definitely transfer media playing on one Chromecast, Google Home or Google Nest speaker or display or a speaker group to another device or speaker group but not from a phone to a Chromecast/Home/Nest device.
