After a power cut one of my Nest hubs will not reconnect to my network.
I have
Reset the Nest
Reset Router
Checked AP is not enabled in Router (an Asus Router)
Setup goes ahead - I scan the code - connects - screen then displays link account (5ghz wifi) - then no longer moves along - even though android phone and hub are using the same 5ghz wifi.
When trying with 2.4ghz it states there was an issue and cannot connect - try again - or quit - trying again does nothing.
Not sure what else to try - my other hub is fine after the power cut - no changes were made in the router / network recently.
Any suggestions?

Hey conuk,
Thanks for visiting the Community.
I know how difficult it is when your Google Nest Hub is not connecting to your network. To eliminate network issues, please try setting up your device using a mobile hotspot. Please note that you will need two mobile devices for this setup (one will serve as a router and the other to be used to set up your Nest Hub).
Let me know how it goes.
Cheers,
Muddi

Tried this.
Did the same thing - when asked what wifi network to use on the hub it then displays my home 2.4 and 5ghz channels.
Selecting 2.4 says cant connect even though right next to router (other nest hub is connected to this)
5ghz says connected but then cant find hub and stuck at Link account again.
Dont think Ive been so baffled before with a wifi device!

wow - finally sorted.
Seems changing the Router wifi 2.4ghz channel to 9 and connects ok - does not seem to like auto or 11.
