Try to restart your wifi network and reconnect.

Try to remove another device from the network and then connect the mini to see if you have hit your maximum concurrent connections.
Try to move the nest mini closer to the wifi router to make sure it's not a range issue.

Did this and no success.

Hey AHooper,

Thanks for bringing this up, and my apologies for the delayed response.

I know how challenging it is when you're having issues connecting your Google Nest Mini to your network. To eliminate network issues, please try setting up your device using a mobile hotspot. Please note that you will need two mobile devices for this setup (one will serve as a router and the other to be used to set up your Google Nest Mini).

@kittermant: I appreciate your help here.

Let me know how it goes.

Cheers,

Muddi

Hey AHooper,

Sorry for the delays. We appreciate your efforts. To confirm, did you reset your device prior to setting up on your mobile hotspot? What is the make and model of your router? What device are you using to set it up? Also, what exact message are you getting when connecting your speaker on the network?

Keep us posted.

Cheers,

Muddi
