Unable to play music and view camera at the same time on Hub Max (but I can on 2nd gen Hub)

I use to be able to play music (i.e. TuneIn or Spotify) and view my cameras at the same time on my Hub Max.. but no longer can. However, on a 2nd gen Hub I am able to play music and view a camera at the same time.

Will this be fixed so that I can do this on the Hub Max.

Hello mdabski,

Thanks for reaching out. We'd love to help.

Please answer the following: when did the issue start? Were there any changes made to your Google Nest Hub Max? What troubleshooting steps have you tried?

Reboot your Google Nest display for about a minute or two. Please share with me its Fuchsia version and Cast firmware version as well. Here's how to get it: swipe up on your display > Go to System Settings > Device information > Technical information > Look for the Cast firmware version and the Fuchsia version.

Looking forward to your response.

Best,
Lovely

Don't remember exactly when it started, but it's been like this for a few months now. We figured that it was a known bug and would be fixed in an upcoming release.. but since it's been awhile now, perhaps it wasn't known. I haven't made any changes to my Google Nest Hub Max. System Version: 10.20221207.2.109, Cast firmware 1.68.353511
