Unable to remove Default TV

Hi there,

I am seeing Living Room Display +1 appearing under my Default TV as a nest hub. Not sure what is going on, but now Google Home thinks it's a seperate device and keeps telling me that it has trouble connecting to it. I have tried removing Living Room Display, factory resetting it etc but to no avail. I have also tried re-setting up my Home from scratch, and to my horror, this is still appearing?!

This is getting annoying, as my routine includes switching off music on all devices in the home, and Google assistant tells me that they are unable to find 'Living Room Display +1'.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Hey there,
Sorry for the late response, but I wanted to drop in here to help.

I understand that this can be annoying but I definitely wanted to stop by and see how I could help.

Just wanted to double check to see if you were still needing help on this? If you don't mind, please go through the troubleshooting steps of uninstalling and reinstalling the app, unlinking your device from the app, and relinking it, as well as doing a factory reset on the device, as these will help to get you to where you want to be.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Best regards,
Garrett DS
