Black screen of doom. Can't get my nest hub to turn on, wake up or respond. Tried to factory reset still nothing....

I’m sorry to hear about what happened on your Google Nest Hub. Let’s further look into it. A few questions: are you still using the official power cable that came with your Google Nest Hub? Is it plugged into a wall outlet or surge protector? Is there a loading screen whenever you try to unplug and plug back in its power cord, or it’s totally dead?

Hi yes it's the original cable and plug. Directly into wall outlet. No loading screen just completely dead. Victoria
