Recently got a Google Nest Hub Max, along with some other Google devices. Got the Google Home app on both my Pixel and my wife's iPhone. I am the primary household manager. I can use the Call Home button on the Google Home app, but can't seem to figure out how to let my wife use the same feature. Which would come in handy when my wife would like to video chat the Hub while I am work, to communicate with our babysitter. When clicking Call Home it says:
Can't make call
Before you can call home you'll first need to set up Duo for voice and video calls on your Assistant devices.
I feel like I've done everything to configure the proper settings, but can't seem to figure it out. Please help!
Thanks

Hi mrjohnjlewis,
Thanks for sharing details about the issue here. I know how important it is to be able to communicate with your babysitter using your Google Nest Hub Max. A few questions: is it working before? Is she able to call anyone using Google Duo app on her phone?
Please make sure that your wife's account is one of the home members so she can use the "Call Home" features. Also, please check if she's on the right home structure while making the call.
Looking forward to your response.
Cheers,
Muddi

My wife is a household member. She can call me using Duo/Meet from her phone. I'm not sure what you mean by home structure. The only way it's been able to work is her her to Duo call me personally and I don't answer on my phone and answer on Nest Hub Max. Inconvenient when I'm working and she's trying to video chat with babysitter
