For a long time my wife and I had the voice match settings on and it was working OK, but it was frustrating sometimes. For instance, there would be times where we would both have to repeat ourselves to add things to our grocery list, which is what we primarily use it for.
It got so frustratingly bad, that we decided to turn off the voice match settings altogether. I went into the Google Home app on my iPhone, navigated to the Nest Hub settings and unchecked the voice match. After doing so, whenever we try to use the voice commands, the Hub still requires voice match and it won't authorize either of us. It has been like that for months - we've abandoned using it for our groceries needless to say. Today it started asking us to authenticate. Can you provide any help?
