Warranty status

I have no idea how to check the status of a warranty claim, and Google don't make it easy, dropping me on a request from someone with a similar problem. However, an update on Case ID 8-4530000034739 - which seems to have black-holed - would be appreciated.

It simply...died. power supply checked with another unit, reset the device..nothing. No lights, no response. Bought a second unit..all fine.

I can fill that form out, for sure - but my point is that a case was raised for this three weeks back (Case ID 8-4530000034739) and I have heard nothing. I was looking for a status update but haven't heard anything. SO rather than raise another case, isn't it better to just track that one? The serial number on the device is S/N 114105FE10WTH as it will have disappeared from my active device list now). Let me know how you want to proceed.
