Wellness tab is suddenly blank

Google Nest Hub (2nd generation) again makes weird. In one of my Nest Hub, the wellness tab suddenly goes blank, whatever I reset, rebooted, or making adjustments in Google Home of Google Fit. Weird enough, my second Nest Hub still retain that Wellness Tab (to show records in Sleep Sensing).

I live in Canada. I read this issue is not only in my country, but also in the U.S., Denmark, Netherland and Australia.

There's no major update from Google since the day it rolled out the model. Users cannot do much in controlling the device. Google does! And it hasn't told us anything about the company's plans.

Hey DeanN,

I appreciate your quick response. Let's try to update your settings in the Google Home app.

  1. Turn on Personal results:
    1. Open the Google Home app .
    2. Touch and hold your device's tile.
    3. At the top right, tap Settings .
    4. Tap Recognition & Sharing and then Recognition & Personalization.
    5. Turn on “Allow personal results,” then tap Always show proactively.
  2. Update Wellness settings:
    1. Open the Home app and then at the top, tap your profile and then Assistant Settings and then Wellness.
    2. Under Proactive health & fitness results, turn on your Nest Hub.
    3. Tap Sleep and then under Google Fit Google Fit, tap Connect.

Let me know how it goes.

Cheers,

Mudd

Hi DeanN,

Thanks for reaching out. Sorry to hear that you're having issues with the wellness tab on your Google Nest Hub (2nd gen). To confirm, are your devices linked to one account? If yes, please note that Sleep Sensing only works on the first Nest display you set up. Also, the feature is only available for one Google Account at a time.

If you want to use Sleep Sensing on multiple Nest Hub (2nd gen) devices, you must set up the Nest Hub (2nd gen) on a different Google account for each device you want to use Sleep Sensing on.

To learn more about Sleep Sensing, please visit this link.

Cheers,

Muddi

Thank you for your tip.
My second Nest Hub is registered with different Google account. This case is my wife's account. Her Sleep Sensing records show on her Nest Hub screen. Mine is blank.
