Why aren't specialists doing their job?

  • I would like to know why Nest specialists aren't doing their jobs. Specialists will pop on and ask questions that have been answered repeatedly in response to other specialists. They rarely have any solutions other than restart your devices, etc. I just got a new Nest Mini and had two issues. Both issues were resolved by members. One thread had a duration of almost a year and then was just closed with no resolution.  I found one of the members suggestions worked for me, but was ignored by the specialist. I think managers and supervisors need to be monitoring these threads. This is not a good look for Google.
