Will not turn off

I have had my Nest Hub for about 18 months and had no problems with it. However now when I ask the Hub to play music for say 20 minutes, I get a response that the main display will stop playing music after 20 minutes however when that period of time (or any time I say) is up it does not stop and contuinues to play until I have to tell it to stop playing.

Can anyone help.

Hasn't worked for weeks. Google are aware. Many, many other threads already about this. Fix awaited.

Same here! I have my Next Hub first gen from three years now and I have to say that with almost every new firmware in 2022 there was new problem and bugs. The quality of firmware really seem to go down. How it is possible this for a company like Google?

Our team is aware about timers/sleep timers that aren’t working for turning off music at the specified time and are still working on a fix.
