My Max is in the Preview Program and I have Nest Aware Plus. This page says it should be on x.2600, but x.2900 was pushed to it. Starting at 03:31 CT Fri May 30, the camera stopped feeding/recording and still shows unavailable. Have cycled power on device and router. Hello Doorbell on same account still working fine. @GoogleNestTeam Please fix!

This response provides absolutely no benefit. I'm attempting to get the attention of product specialists because submitting feedback and opening a ticket has resulted in no acknowledgement, let alone resolution, of the issue. How did my device get the wrong firmware? The page referenced above clearly states the device in the preview program is not supposed to have the version it has. Take another look before telling me what I already know. @GoogleNestTeam
