gOOGLE/NEST HUB CAMERA NOT WORKING

My Google Nest HUB Max  camera does NOT work and it IS Not a wifi issue

Hi PR7,

 

This is not the experience we want you to have; let us help you. A few questions: when did your issue begin? Were there any recent changes made? What is the light shown when the built-in camera is enabled?

 

It would help a lot if you could do a sequential reboot first: 

 

  1. Unplug the power cord of your router, followed by your Nest speakers.
  2. Plug them back in after 3 minutes.
  3. Restarting your phone might also help.

 

Once done, try to open the built-in camera on your Nest Hub Max and tell us what the error message is. Let’s make sure we narrow things down so we know what next steps to take.
