google home max wont let me access all of my settings

My Google Home max will not let me access all of my settings. After set up. I am trying to pair 2 devices together in stereo form, but I cannot access to setting to do it.

Thank you for posting here in the community. I'm sorry that you're unable to pair your stereo system into your Google Home Max. I understand how frustrating it can be. I'm happy to assist you.

I just want to confirm if you are following the below steps:

1. Make sure your mobile device or tablet is connected to the same Wi-Fi or linked to the same account as your Google Nest or Home speaker.
2. Open the Google Home app.
3. Tap Devices.
4. Press and hold one of the speakers you want to pair.
5. Tap Settings, Audio, Stereo Pair, then Next.
6. Select 2 devices you'd like to pair Next.
7. The lights on one of the speakers should start to flash white. Tap Left or Right to match the location of the speaker that blinks, then Next.
8. Under "Where is your pair?" choose a room for the stereo pair, tap Next.
9. Create a name for your stereo pair. tap Next, then Done.

To change settings and control your stereo pair, open the Google Home app, tap Devices, then your stereo pair's tile.
