google nest hub won't control my thermostat

im having trouble with the voice commands...i have the Lennox i comfort thermostat...and already have this linked in the home app ..i can control my thermostat from my google home app and it shows up as linked up....so why cant i use the voice command on my home hub to either show me the temp or even adjust the temp up or down..?? ive tried just about everything to get the voice command to work...like reboot or force stop to even uninstalling....it keeps saying..... it looks like the thermostat hasnt been setup yet do that in assistant settings......any help would be great....

Thanks for posting and for being a step ahead of us. 

I know how it feels when something isn’t working as it should, let’s get this resolved. Try the command "Hey Google" then "Sync my devices" once your Google Assistant acknowledged the sync, try to control your thermostat via voice command again. Below are sample commands that you can use. 

Say "Hey Google"

"Make it warmer/cooler"

"Make it warmer/cooler"

"Raise/lower temp 2 degrees"
