a month ago
our google nest hub keeps going on and off. we keep plugging it in an out of its plug to re-set it.
it has what looks like" heat marks" on the center of the screen. We wonder if it is just getting worn out and needs to be replaced.
any help or direction to tell us how we can get a new one if needed?

i have a Nest Hub Max, i tried all that you suggested many many times. Nothing stops this Hub from timing out. It is constant. the Heat marks are just as i showed you in the picture., what they are from i cannot tell you. It has been located in the same place since we purchased from ADT/Google. Never been moved.
