I have google family link as well as Microsoft family safety and I'm trying to link my kids accounts to their Spotify accounts, unfortunately I'm met by the most useless error of "this service is unavailable for google workspace for education users who are under 18" it is a kids account with a kids Spotify account, i cant even get far enough to link it all,
I have set the Microsoft family safety to any age so the age restrictions are off, but i can only manual amend my kids birthday until they are 13 on google which still lands me with this ridiculous error, honestly contemplating spending the money for apple at this point I'm so p****d off with this.
how do i get this to work, or what can be done to remove such a stupid hurdle from the platform because i see a lot of people asking the same question with no answers and i am thoroughly fed up at this point, the arguments this causes with the kids just isn't worth it
