Yes screen was physical damaged, due to kids trying to play with it. 

Is it possible to replace screen. Pls share any local support service center details in Hyderabad location.

I am not asking do it in warranty to replace damaged screen. Where can i get help to replace the screen.. Is there any support services center near by hyderabad location any chance

My apologies for any confusion. Unfortunately, Google's partner service center in India only provides device replacement for eligible devices. For screen replacements on your Nest Hub, I recommend checking with local stores in your country to see if they offer that service.
