not responding after factory setting reset

i reset my new google nest audio to factory settings after having issues with new wifi. since then it has not responded at all. not found by google home app. not responding to touch on 'buttons'. every few minutes it flashes lights as if loading something.

this is extremely frustrating. it was working fine before. it seems there is no way to fix this and this is a known problem. a massive waste of money and I am extremally upset. what a let down

hi, thank you for your response. it wasn't responding at all. i was helped by someone on facebook chat with 'made by google' and they helped me:

here is the solution for anyone who may need-

"...also, try giving these steps a whirl: 1. At the side of the Nest Audio, unplug the power cord and wait 10 seconds, then plug it back in and wait until the four LED lights up on top. 2. Repeat step one, 10 more times. 3. After plugging the power cord back in the final time, wait a few moments for the device to reset. It'll say "Welcome to Google Home" to signify that it's ready for setup."

this helped me after trying many other things with no use.
thank you anyway 🙂

Hey Rafi-Levy,

Sorry to hear about your Google Nest Audio, but thanks for bringing this up. Please share a video showing the issue, to have a better picture on what's happening to your device. Also, please try plugging in the device to a different power outlet to check if it will have the same behavior.

Looking forward to your response.

Cheers,

Muddi
