I am using a Google Nest Hub Max. Set up in my Google Home app. The device was working fine, Nest camera was connected and working for ~1 week. Then when I tried to view the nest camera, it said it could not connect to camera. I waited several days and continued to try, but still did not connect. I removed the Hub from my home and then added the device back. I tried to set up the Nest camera, however when I attempt to connect I am getting a "Problem connecting to the cloud" message. I attempted to remove the device from the home to start over, but I can't do that as it can't connect to the cloud. Please let me know if there any suggestions. Very frustrating as the device was working properly. Oh and when I try to connect the Hub from another account holder's phone, it states that the device is set up with another account.

We're sorry to hear about what you're experiencing right now with your Google Nest Hub Max. Could you tell us if the account you're using with your Google Nest Hub Max as well as the Nest devices are all migrated? Also, just to confirm, when you say you removed it from the Home app, did you mean performing a complete reset on it?
