Google Home Mini does not respond to factory reset

My Google home mini did not respond to my requests so I tried to reset it to the factory at first everything seemed fine but then the lights did not come on other than the green reset light and if I release the button it turns off I disconnected it and reconnected it leaving different times first it was a minute then 5, I tried to restart it again and it does not go from the green light

Are these the steps you're trying?

On the bottom of Home Mini, press and hold the factory reset button located below the power cord. Look for a circle etched into the base. After 5 seconds, your device will begin the factory reset process. Continue to hold for about 10 seconds more, until a sound confirms that the device is resetting.

it's correct, i hold the button, it only lights a green led, it does not do more, no boot response from the reset

Okay, try these steps instead:

  1. Unplug the power cord from your speaker. Wait for 10 seconds. Plug it back in, and wait until all 4 lights on top illuminate.
  2. Repeat step 1, 10 more times (so a total of 11 times).
  3. After you plug your speaker back in the final time, you'll need to wait a few moments for the device to reset. It will announce "Welcome to Google Home. To get started, download the Google Home app on a phone or tablet," to let you know that it’s ready for setup.

when i disconnect and connect again it does not turn on any light, there is no response from the device, but i tried to do the procedure 11 times giving a time between each one and it does not work
