what can I really do with Nest Hub 2?

Hi,
I got the Nest Hub 2 a few days ago - my first Smart Home Device. My first experience is a bit disappointing.

I thought, I can do by touching the device:
- Scroll my YT music media and play via bluetooth on Soundbar
- Scroll my Chefkoch (german recipe Website) Cookbook
- Play Internet Radio favorites 

Hopefully it's because of my lack of know how, but:
- I can only play music from YT music via Voice search
- I can only search recipes via Voice search, so it's a bit difficult to find exact the recipe i want
- I can only play Internet Radio via Voice Search by full name

And additional music from tunein radio or YT music is only played by the device itself. The Soundbar is connected via bluetooth and google home says that music is primary played via Bluetooth Device. But it doesn't (output to BT Headset instead works well).

So by now there's not much, i can use the device for,
Any tipps or hints to get things working?
