75 inch Hisense google t.v.

I bought this tv as a Christmas gift but it keeps losing wifi it is literally next to the router and my Roku tv. Doesn't have this problem nor does my LG tv in the far bedrooms. I only can use this thing with a computer routing stick I used to use for my computer. The router sucks to have problem brand new December 2024 and having this issue

I’m sorry for the inconveniences that you are experiencing with your Hisense with Google TV. I can see that you just bought this TV in December; it is just brand new. However, it’s been constantly disconnecting from your WiFi router even though other devices are working well and are further away. To get the correct assistance, I will suggest you reach out to the Hisense Support page.
