A problem occurred after the last update.

After that, the device has been updated, the latest update, there is an issue that the device is disconnected from satellite channels, please help fix this problem.

Hi Delux,

 

Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community. A few questions: what Chromecast devices are you using? What are these satellite channels that you’re pertaining to? Do you get any messages as it happens? What steps have you taken?

 

Give the steps below a try and let me know how it goes:

 

  • Plug your Chromecast into a different HDMI port on your TV.
  • Reboot your TV and Wi-Fi router.
  • Reboot your Chromecast device.
  • If it fails, try a factory reset, then re-setup.
  • Try a mobile hotspot to isolate it.
